An administrator may edit anything of a member that refuses to follow the laws.
No one may edit and delete posts based on personal vendettas. The basic job of a moderator is looking after the forums and act according to observations.
Administrators play a large role in behind-the-scenes activities. They see all forums and can do anything to all content, excluding private messages.
